Refund policy
Items can be returned within 30 days and customers can receive a full refund on the items as long as they are in the same condition as received and with the original packaging. Our customers are required to have proof of purchase.
To start our returns process, you can contact us at support@lycanhoodies.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list. Always.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) In some instances if an exchange is requested due to colour choice error by the customer we may reject the exchange due to stock issues.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
For refunds due to returning an item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (estimated 1-3 business days.)
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders made at the customer's request either due to change of mind or in error and other reasons can be made only if orders have not begun to be processed or shipped. Customers do need to contact us as soon as possible if they do wish to cancel an order. If the order has not been processed yet then we can cancel orders and offer a full refund excluding a small payment processing fee of 4% of the total orders value.
