SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Within NZ

We aim to have order fulfillment complete and orders processed for delivery within 12 hours when items are in stock.

Once orders are processed, shipping within New Zealand will generally take between 1-3 business days depending on the region.

Orders within the North Island aim to be delivered within 1-2 working days. Our South island based customers should have delivery within 2-3 working days.

Please note due to Covid-19 in some situations there maybe delays in orders being delivered. As order volumes increase for Christmas, NZ post has stated to expect delays.

Australia Delivery

We are able to provide extremely fast, over the ditch delivery to Australia. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchasing and delivery is generally made within 5-7 days depending on your location. Accurate tracking information is supplied at the time of despatch.

Pre-Orders 

We don't often do pre orders however if offered and Items are ordered via our pre-order system will be processed from the date stated at time of purchase. If an order contains multiple hoodies the order will be processed all together from the date of the latest pre-ordered hoodie.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30 days return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us and receive a full refund for your items.

Any items you wish to return must be in the same condition you received them in and in their original packaging. You will need to have proof of purchase. Full terms and conditions can be found on our policy page
